Overview
Israel’s number one box office hit of 2012 comes to Toronto! Three estranged siblings lead eccentric lives in the little quiet town of Tiberias. In this whimsical tragicomedy, director Shemi Zarhin (Aviva, My Love and Passover Fever) ambitiously weaves together an impressive Israeli cast and multiple storylines about family and the power of art and imagination in the face of despair. “A funny, moving and sexy masterpiece… that in this reviewer’s eyes, is the best Israeli film of 2012.
