Overview
This series is infamous for its overuse of the blue screen effect. Many of the sets weren't even built, but used cheap miniature surroundings with actors inserted via (very obvious) blue screen. Also, many simple (and obvious) household items were used to create the spaceships and the "futuristic" surroundings.
