Leaving no cliche unturned, Coffee Date provides cheesy music, chats about gaydar and the obligatory are-you-looking-at-mine? urinal scene.
Jeannette Catsoulis, New York Times
Fresh
A warmhearted tale carried by genuine affection and a charming cast rather than cutting one-liners and turbo-charged plotting.
Michael Fox, Village Voice
Rotten
It's so full of bland good will, the story goes nowhere in romantic-comedy terms.
Michael Phillips, Chicago Tribune
Fresh
Coffee Date is a likable, extremely goofy piece of fluff.
